Orphanage Project
The Wings of Refuge Orphanage Project is very unique. We have a vision to provide "overall wellness" to our children. We want to nurture the orphans physically, spiritually and mentally and provide them with a proper education.
Currently, we are working in rural areas of Tanzania, that often get overlooked, or are not able to be funded by the government. In Tanzania today, government-run orphanages are under-staffed and have too many children to properly care for each one's individual needs. Many children in the orphanages have physical and/or mental disabilities and have no one to look after these very specific concerns. The children are also not provided a proper primary school education, giving them no chance to test into secondary school.
If we can properly feed, clothe, love, and educate African orphans, and equip them for a brighter tomorrow, think of the changes we can make on this beautiful continent called Africa.
